Elena House is a beautiful 7 bedroom Mediterranean style Villa situated close to the Casuarina Beach by the Marine Park in Malindi Kenya.
The Villa is extremely well situated being within 5 minutes walk of the beach and 15 minutes drive from Malindi town Centre, its shops and restaurants, the airport and of course all the beach resorts close by.
A very large adult pool and a separate children's plunge pool all set amongst landscaped coastal tropical gardens, the villa offers the ideal setting for weekend breaks and family holidays. Two large verandas provide great open entertainment areas overlooking the tropical gardens and pool and cater well for small conference groups and company retreats.
There is accommodation for 14 guests in four double rooms and three twin singles all with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, the villa is fully serviced with staff for cooking, cleaning, room making, laundry and security.
Guests renting Elena House have full access to the villa and property which includes the Villa, both swimming pools and respective gardens and the car parking area where there is also separate car parking outside the main gate.
Blessed by the coastal monsoons all year round, the Villa provides an ideal setting for a holiday in paradise. The Villa is well situated for fishing, and diving excursions, wildlife safaris and of course the history of Malindi town, a small fishing village visited by Vasco de Gama in 1498 while sailing the waters off the East African coast. All the beaches are surrounded by reefs and lagoons, where the clear waters of the Indian Ocean rarely dip below 27 degrees centigrade and team with an abundance of tropical fish and corals.
