About Elena House

All the bedrooms are individually furnished with the unique coastal Lamu furniture where the accommodation includes four double rooms and three twin singles. Two of the upstairs twin singles are co-joined and share a large shower room while the garden wing includes 1 double and 1 twin single also sharing a large shower room. The Villa has two lounge areas overlooking the pools and gardens and a dining table and area that easily accommodates 14+ guests. 

Blessed by the coastal monsoons all year round, Elena House is well situated for deep sea fishing trips and diving excursions, wildlife safaris and of course the history of Malindi town, a small fishing village visited by Vasco de Gama in 1489 while sailing the waters off the East African coast. 

All the beaches are surrounded by reefs and lagoons, where the clear waters of the Indian Ocean rarely dip below 27 degrees centigrade and team with an abundance of tropical fish and corals.

Excursions, transfers, chauffeur and self-drive car hire can be arranged during your stay subject to adequate notice being given.
